Hi, I’m Allison! I am a 500 hour registered yoga teacher with a background in psychology. I began teaching in 2024 and focus on practices that support balance, steadiness, and mindful awareness. I love exploring the relationship between breath, movement, and the nervous system, and creating classes that help people feel more grounded and at home in themselves.
My intention is to offer a space where you can breathe deeper, unwind, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels true to you.
