The joy of physical activity through dance led me to a career in the fitness industry when I taught my first class at the age of 16. Many years later, my passion for health and fitness and the desire to help others is the focus of my daily life. Proper nutrition, daily exercise and adequate sleep are essential pieces of the health puzzle.
