I first discovered my love for yoga in 2005 through a Rodney Yee DVD, Power Yoga – Total Body Workout. Strictly committed just for the exercise, little did I know how much more there is to yoga beyond the poses. In 2018, I began to practice yoga much more regularly and mindfully and felt a calling to teach. I finished my 200 RYT training in October 2020, and in June 2021, I earned my 500-hour teaching certificate.
I aspire to bring a calming presence to my classes and offer my students a safe and relaxed environment with “no judgements and no expectations.” I have experienced first-hand the soothing effect this ancient practice can provide on the body and the mind. I believe that yoga is for everyone who is open to a mind, body, spirit connection through movement and breath.
Additionally, in 2022, I completed training to earn a Reiki Level 3 (Master) certificate.
