I have been a dedicated yoga practitioner for the past 7 years and recently completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. With a deep passion for yoga and mindfulness, I am excited to share these practices with others. Over the past 13 years, I have worked in education, including 7 years as a school counselor. I hold the National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential and am a certified Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator (SEL*F). I also hold an Educational Specialist Degree (Ed.S) in Mental Health Practices in Schools and a Master’s Degree in Counseling. My background in mental health underscores my understanding of yoga’s profound benefits for well-being. I am committed to creating positive, inclusive, and trauma-informed communities through the practice of yoga.
