Sarah HubachYoga Instructor

Sarah discovered yoga in the early 2000s and was later drawn back to the practice as a way to heal, build resilience, and support both physical and mental wellbeing. Her path into teaching grew from a love of education and a desire to share yoga as a sustainable, supportive practice for everyday life, leading her to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023.

Sarah’s classes offer an invitation to connect with breath and body, emphasizing choice, functional movement, and honoring what feels good for each individual. She strives to create a welcoming space where students feel seen, heard, and empowered, and believes deeply that yoga is for every body. In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking, travel, and time with her rescue dog.
