Power Sculpt

Challenge yourself with power sculpt, a 45 minute class that fuses strength training, low-impact cardio bursts, and yoga inspired movements. Using props like light weights and blocks, you’ll build muscle and strengthen your core, while also improving cardiovascular health. Expect an invigorating challenge and a great sweat!

Power Express

Enjoy this strength focused 45 minute express class that will take you through Barre movements and sculpting sets to tone and strengthen the arms and legs. You will get cardio conditioning while using handheld weights, bands, or slides. Grip socks required for class.

Pulse45

Pulse45 is a 45 minute low-impact workout that combines cardio with sculpting moves inspired by Ballet and Pilates. You’ll target your glutes, hips, core, and thighs while also strengthening your upper body. With controlled movements and light weights, or just your body weight, you’ll tone and sculpt from head to toe.

Bums & Tums

Bums & Tums is a 45 minute class that focuses on toning your glutes and strengthening the core. We bring low impact movements using resistance bands, light weights, and exercise balls to shape up the hips, thighs, glutes and abdomen.

Meditative Flow & Sound

This gentle, mindful flow invites you to slow down and move with intention. Breath-led movement, simple sequences, and moments of stillness help calm the nervous system and bring awareness back to the body. Throughout the practice, soothing sounds from crystal bowls and other sacred instruments create a relaxing atmosphere that supports deeper presence and ease.
