Kathi Harmon Yoga & Barre Instructor

Kathi Harmon is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and the heart behind Barre Harmony. Drawing from her background in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini Yoga, as well as Qigong, Reiki, Barre fitness, and Somatic Yoga studies, she offers classes that blend strength, intention, and mindful awareness. As an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Kathi honors the connection between movement, energy, and the natural rhythms of life. Her teaching invites students to slow down, listen inward, and discover strength that is both steady and compassionate.
