I have always been drawn to yoga and promoting the many benefits of the practice and living a healthy lifestyle. My dream was to one day have my own studio where I can share my passion and help others feel great about their body. I love to engage with my clients in a judgement free environment and help them incorporate strength and mindfulness while on the mat or at the barre. When I decided to open the doors at Barre Harmony in December 2017, I knew adding barre workout along side our yoga classes would make the perfect combination in providing balance, flexibility, and strength. My classes are designed to guide you through a full mind and body experience.
