Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is a Vinyasa based practice that connects breath to movement. You will be guided through a series of yoga poses and stretches to bring mindfulness, clarity, and strength. *Beginner Friendly
"Power Flow" is another variety of our vinyasa style flow with added challenges of balance and strength. Must have previous yoga flow class experience.

Deep Stretch

Deep Stretch Class focuses on lengthening and stretching your muscles. This is a great way to help your body relax and recover. Perfect addition to any cardio, strength training and barre workouts.

Gentle Yoga

This is a favorite class for many clients in the studio. We like to call this class our yoga 101 class. Slower paced movements combined with the breathe to help ease the body, mind, and muscles. *Beginner Friendly
