Kaylee began practicing yoga at age 11 after her mom brought her to a class to alleviate anxiety. From that point on yoga became a pillar in her life helping to manage anxiety, and eventually becoming a tool to relieve chronic pain. At age 19 she became a 200 hour yoga instructor and she has been teaching since. Seeing the benefits of yoga in her own life Kaylee now plans on combining her yoga teaching experience with a career in counseling. Kaylee is a firm believer in the healing properties of yoga, and aims to share that with others both on and off the mat!
